Our original and signature patisserie range: Animal Choux was created in 2016.
Today, our animal themed choux au cracquelin has expanded to over 30 animal characters. Each Animal Choux is generously filled with our version of classic diplomat cream, combined with flavour element(s), uniquely created for each animal character.
In 2021, we are venturing into the world of biscuits (AKA cookies) with a goal to have our work reaching you, where ever you may be in the world.
