Doux Amour’s story began in 2012 as a macaron catering service. By 2014 our Sydney patisserie café opened its doors for the first time.
Our specialty range of patisseries rapidly expanded to include tarts, cakes, swiss rolls, entremets, and by 2016, our signature patisserie range: Animal Choux was created.
In 2021, we are venturing into the world of biscuits (or cookies, for our fellow Americans) with a goal to bring our work to reach every corner of the world.
