HOW DO I ORDER?

(1) ONLINE STORE, the easiest way to order. Simply browse our collections, choose your favourite items, and Add to Cart. Select your preferred delivery/pickup day and time in the cart then use our secure checkout to confirm your order.
(2) DIRECT MESSAGE us on INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK chat and our team will respond as soon as possible. You can message us any day and time of the week.
(3) VISIT OUR STORE – Visit our store at 68 Bay Street, Ultimo 2007, and select from a range of premium patisserie and cookies.

I NEED IT ASAP!

DIRECT MESSAGE on Instagram or Facebook if you need something urgently. We make a variety of items in most product category everyday so we normally have most items available. However, if you are after specific quantities for specific items, and we are unable to offer the specific item/quantities you are affer, we will do our best to offer the nearest alternative. We do SELL OUT during the day so please contact us earlier in the day if you are after specific items/quantities.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order for pick-ups. There is a $20 minimum order for deliveries.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Online orders and purchases can be paid using Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and PAYPAL. For EFT payments, please place your order via direct message on either INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK. You can also pay with cash in store.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Our patisserie products can be delivered in Sydney CBD and to most suburbs up to 40km from Sydney CBD, whilst our cookies can be delivered to most Sydney metro suburbs.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Our delivery pricing starts from $15 and varies depending upon the distance delivery destination is located from our Ultimo store. Our normal delivery window is between 1pm – 6pm. Special deliveries to arrive at specific time of the day can be arranged. However, this will attract a higher delivery fee. Please contact us on INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK to arrange if you require this option.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP FROM?

Our retail store is located in Sydney CBD, directly across from Broadway Shopping Centre at 68 Bay Street, Ultimo 2007.

IS THERE PARKING NEAR BY?

Yes, there is plenty of street parking within walking distance from our store.
2 hours free parking is also available at Broadway Shopping Centre, which is located directly across the road from our store.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?

Yes, our EAT ME Gluten Free is a range of gluten free cookies. Please note that although our team always do our best to minimise traces of gluten in our gluten free items, we cannot guarantee all traces gluten is eliminated. Please contact us prior to placing your order or making a purchase if you have any celiac dietary concerns.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes, we understand things can happen which may require changes to be made. Simply direct message us on Instagram/Facebbook with your name or number and what you would like to change. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Service, for more information about Changes To Order. We will confirm the updated order either via direct message on socials or via email at orders@douxamour.com.au, whichever method you used to contact us on.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, cancellation is possible when made at least 48 hours notice prior to order delivery or pick-up date and/or time. For more information, please see our Cancellations section under Terms and Conditions of Service.
